I think the thing I’m most looking forward to about moving back to California is moving back to a place where not everyone’s money goes towards alcohol. As someone who rarely drinks, it kind of sucks when I want to go out to dinner with friends but they’re saving up their money for pints at the bar. Especially when those bars don’t serve delicious awful pub food.

This… makes a lot of sense. Something about Samy seemed really off to me, and it really seemed like he was using/abusing Amy. As horrible as she was, I felt a little sorry for her.
